As of Thursday evening, Phil had sent out an email announcing the closure, including one to the Brewers Association listserv offering all of his equipment for sale. One would hope that such an action wouldn't be undertaken until every stone was turned over but who knows. I'm guessing that outside investors would want to look over the books before signing on, which would take more than a day. Best to them if they can right the ship with outside help.

Cheers,

Andy

Andy, How current is your info on Pennichuck? I had met with Phil late Friday afternoon and he mentioned that he had just secured some white knight investor interest in keeping operations rolling.

I hope you'll write followup articles as these new breweries develop. I try to support locals when they're available.
